Inside The End Of Kelly Osbourne's Engagement

When Kelly Osbrourne and fiance Luke Worrall called it quits in July, rumors swirled that Worrall's infidelity led to the nasty split. Earlier this month, it was revealed that the other woman is model Elle Schneider (real name: Reynaldo Gonzalez). Another shocking revelation: Schneider, 21, was born a man and is now awaiting gender reassignment surgery.

Schneider, who spoke exclusively to Us Magazine on Jan. 24, tells Us that she was approached by model Worrall "a year and a few months ago" at an NYC club. "I didn't know that he was engaged" to Osbourne, 26, she points out.

After exchanging numbers, the duo spent the night together at Schneider's room at the Four Seasons Hotel, and she says there was no doubt that Worrall knew about her transgendered status: "He knew instantaneously when he met me that night...He was definitely not turned off by it at any point. In fact, he was turned on. He made it very obvious."

Following their rendez vous at the Four Seasons, Worrrall and Schneider lost touch. "Luke is only the second guy I've ever slept with," she adds. "And I had no idea what was going on [with Kelly]."

But in November 2010, Worrall reached out to her via Twitter, Schneider says, adding: "He told me that everything with Kelly was over." After regularly skyping each other, the two reunited for two days in London last December.

Little did she know, however, that Worrall was simultaneously trying to reconcile with Osbourne. Although his engagement to Osbourne was still off, Schneider says, "they were still trying to work things out". At least until Osbourne discovered his online messages with Schneider. (Osbourne famously went on a Twitter against her ex around that time, without specifically explaining the situation.)

"[He] immediately he told her that I was just a friend," Schneider says. "That he had nothing with me. But I guess she saw right through it. It was quite obvious through the messages that he was sending me that that was lie."

Osbourne then reached out to Schneider via Facebook. "She let me know that he had broken her heart once again because he basically cheated on her with me. They were not officially broken up; she just couldn't believe he had done this to her again."

Osbourne and Schneider have since developed unlikely friendship and have chatted "for hours," Schneider tells Us. "I gave her an idea of who I was. I was never mean, I was never doubtful so she had to say I always believed in her. And I was always there to listen when she would cry or call me. And she told me 'you know I understand what he sees in you and I respect that'. I [have] no ill intent towards her. She and I are still good friends."

As for Worrall? "I basically cut all contact with him [last] weekend," she says, explaining that she learned he was sexually involved with numerous other people. "There's no point in having him there."

Kelly Osbourne Talks Ex-Fiance, Weight Loss

Kelly Osbourne and Luke Worrall split up almost six months ago. But Osbourne says she's still not over her ex-fiancé, and hasn't slept with anyone since.

"I think we need to spend time working on ourselves, but it doesn't erase the fact that I'm head over heels in love with him … I haven't been with anyone since Luke," Osbourne tells the February issue of British Cosmopolitan, on newsstands Jan. 6.

But there is anger there, too – as evidenced by Osbourne and Worrall's verbal spat on Twitter over the holidays, during which Osbourne wrote, "All he did was use me," and added, "all girls beware!"

In the Cosmo interview, which presumably pre-dates the holidays, Osbourne is more magnanimous. "I'm 26, and Luke is 21," she says. "We still have a lot to learn about life. A lot of mistakes were made, a lot of bad things were said."

Elsewhere in the interview, Osbourne talks about how she gained weight after getting out of rehab – and then found the motivation to slim down while performing on Dancing with the Stars.

"I replaced drugs with food," she says. "I was emotionally eating and hated the way I looked, but I couldn't mask my self-loathing with pills anymore."

But the weight gain brought its own problems. "When you're a fat girl in Hollywood, it's not fun," Osbourne says. "You never get looked at the way skinny girls do. I covered it up with my humor, but suddenly I found myself unfunny and hated what I saw."

Things changed when she was asked to do Dancing with the Stars, which she ended up almost winning. "I only did it to lose weight," she says. "I made a life change and re-educated myself about food and eating right. I didn't know anything before about eating in moderation."

Now, she says, she's more confident than she's ever been, despite the heartache she's suffered. "People forget that I was 15 when I was thrown into the limelight," she says. "The teenage years were the hardest of my life. I found that, as I've grown older, I've finally learnt what makes me comfortable."

Regarding Miley’s recent drug disaster, Kelly tweeted, “Just read in the rags that apparently my mum thinks Miley is a bad influence on me it could not be father from the truth. Actually, it’s the other way around. Miley has us all on a health kick. Gym/early nights. There [sic] really scraping the barrel on that one!”

“This really makes me mad. Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with I am learning a lot from her! Miley and I have become really close I’m sick of all the haters judging her she made one mistake and trust me she has learned her lesson! This is how I’m a bad I influence on Miley: I force her to eat cupcakes so I don’t feel so bad about eating one!”

Kelly Osbourne Debuts Her New Bikini Body

It's no secret Kelly Osbourne has been dropping the .lbs lately -- and now, she's showing off her fit new body!

Kelly dons a bikini in next month's Shape magazine, and it was a photo shoot that had her in tears!

After the shoot, done last month, Kelly tweeted "I just got done trying all the bikinis on I have never worn one in my life! I had a little tears of joy moment in the bathroom! I cried in my interview I just can't believe today happened it your not going to believe ur eyes!"

Kelly Osbourne: Removing Most of Her Tattoos

Kelly Osbourne isn't done reinventing herself!

The slimmed down star -- who recently told Us Weekly about how she's managed to keep off almost 50 pounds after a year -- plans to get most of her 15 tattoos removed.

Osbourne, 25, announced her decision to undergo laser tattoo removal in her weekly column for British magazine Closer (as reported in The Daily Mail.)

She had her revelation recently while shooting the flick Should've Been Romeo, when makeup artists covered up the ink. "I can't say I missed them!" she wrote.

"I met with my dermatologist and I'll start the laser treatment as soon as I have time," the Dancing with the Star alum said.

The erasure process won't be short and painless, either. "It will take several months, and while I'm not looking forward to the pain, I've heard it hurts less than getting the tattoo," Osbourne wrote. "I hope so!"

She doesn't hate all of her tattoos, Osbourne explained. "Some still have a special meaning, like the matching ones my brother Jack and I have of each other's names, but now I feel like some were a mistake."

Last year, Osbourne told British talk show This Morning that getting inked was "my way of self harming, because I really knew it would upset my mum and dad," she admitted of parents Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne.

"I was miserable and I just went and got all these tattoos and I don't know why. One of them is a keyboard and I don't even know how to play a piano!"

She added: "As you get older, you realize that you don't want to be defined by your tattoos, because that's not the type of person that I am."
