Lindsay Lohan -- 'Worried' About Charlie Sheen

Lindsay Lohan believes Charlie Sheen is in the midst of a "life or death situation" ... and has told friends she's "thrilled" that he's checked himself into a rehab center.

Sources close to Lohan tell us ... Lindsay is "worried" about Sheen because his most recent bender shows "obvious signs of addiction" ... something Lindsay knows about all too well.

But after Sheen decided to check himself into a treatment center Friday afternoon, Lohan is confident he can get his life back together ... if he commits himself to sobriety.

We're told Lindsay "understands the problem of having the wrong people around and wants Charlie to understand that he needs to surround himself with positive, sober people."

During his meltdown—with Denise Richards and his kids down the hall, no less—there was also a porn actress involved, hiding in the bathroom. Classy!
Brooke Mueller: While men aren't exactly Mueller's Vice right now, she certainly found the perfect person to ho around with. She has been all over LA filming a reality show with Paris Hilton…Can you get any skankier than that? As for how she's been doing, Brooke checked herself into a sober house earlier this month. She reportedly didn't relapse, just was feeling weak.

Paris and Brooke are becoming quite the BFFs! The Hilton heiress and Charlie Sheen's gorgeous ex stepped out in Beverly Hills this afternoon, hitting up Madison and Diavolina among others. Nothing wrong with getting a jump on their holiday shopping!

And the future reality show co-stars weren't alone - Kathy and Nicky Hilton joined Princess P and Brooke Mueller on their shopping excursion.

Paris even Tweeted the following: "Just shopping with @NickyHilton, my mom and Brooke. I love shopping with Nicky, she has the best taste."
