The plan? Whip viewers into beach bod shape through "full-body, intense resistance exercises," so they can look and feel their best in those (Heidi-brand??) bikinis!
"Staying fit is something I'm really passionate about," the bubbly blond told People.com earlier this week. And since she's no stranger to the gym (her own fitness routine includes strength-and-conditioning "90 minutes a day, five days a week"), she figured it was time to share some tricks of the trade.
