Jayde Nicole Settles Lawsuit Against Joe Francis

An attorney for Jayde Nicole will formally file paperwork Thursday to end the Playboy model's civil lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis, Radar Online has learned exclusively.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report on December 15th, Nicole had settled her $1 million suit with Francis over an altercation in a L.A. nightclub during which Francis was caught on camera grabbing her hair and throwing her to the ground.

The shocking incident happened in July, 2009 at Hollywood hot spot Guys and Dolls and was captured on the club's surveillance camera.

In a statement Richards told us: "The terms of the settlement agreement are strictly confidential, so there will be no comment whatsoever as to the terms.

"Generally speaking, my client would never settle cases that are close to trial that she initiates unless she was thrilled, delighted, and overjoyed with the resolution. She wishes Joe all the best and is glad this matter is behind them.

"Always at the end of the year, parties generally like to close out loose ends, my client is enjoying her holiday and is looking forward to shopping in America's best stores."

No criminal charges were ever filed against Francis in connection with the incident.

Jayde Nicole Settles Lawsuit With Joe Francis

Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole has settled her lawsuit with Girls Gone Wild producer Joe Francis after she accused him of attacking her in a nightclub, Radar Online has exclusively learned.

The pair -- who were embroiled in a bitter battle with both parties suing each other -- have settled in an undisclosed financial deal and walked away from their legal drama.

The attack was caught on security video as Radar Online revealed.

But Nicole is still reeling with anger at her former boyfriend, Brody Jenner, who wrote a letter to Francis insisting the incident, which was caught on tape, never happened.

"Jayde is infuriated by Brody's comments," a close source to the 24-year-old beauty told Radar Online.

"She is angry that he is trying to deny the fight, even though the video speaks for itself."

On the night in question, Nicole said Francis pulled her hair and punched her in the face.

At the time, Brody was dating the beauty and ended up getting tasered.

He was also suing Joe Francis for assault, but settled on the condition he wrote a letter apologizing to the Girls Gone Wild founder, Radar Online has been told.

"I would like to acknowledge for the record that media reports that you beat up Jayde Nicole that night were completely inaccurate," he wrote in the letter.

"I have always known you to be a gentleman and I'm very sorry that you were wrongly accused that night."

But Nicole is fuming her one-time lover rolled over so easily.

Our source said: "While Nicole is happy that this is over once and for all, she feels she would never have placed herself in a situation where she had to write a public apology like her former boyfriend did."

As part of the deal, Radar Online learned that both Nicole nor Francis can comment on the exact details of the settlement.

Brody Jenner to Joe Francis: I'm Sorry, So Sorry

Brody Jenner is feasting on crow, after profusely apologizing to Joe Francis whom he now says he wrongly accused of beating his then-girlfriend.

Brody told TMZ at the time of the incident ... Joe beat up Jayde Nicole -- pulling her hair and punching her in the face -- at an L.A. club in August of '09.

Sources tell TMZ Brody and Joe have now settled what turned into a legal beef -- and as part of the settlement, Brody was required to write a letter of apology to Joe.

In the letter -- obtained by TMZ -- Brody says, "I would like to acknowledge for the record that the media reports that you beat up Jayde Nicole ... were completely inaccurate."

Brody goes on to say, "I have always known you to be a gentleman and I'm very sorry that you were wrongly accused that night."

And the always-polite Brody ends by writing, "Please accept my congratulations and best wishes on your recent marriage."

Joe Francis Ordered To Pay Jayde Nicole $30K

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis has been ordered to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees incurred by Jayde Nicole, the Playboy hottie he attacked at a West Hollywood nightclub last summer, Radar Online has exclusively learned.

As Radar Online has previously reported, Francis was caught on security video pulling Nicole's hair at Guys and Dolls nightclub last August after Nicole spilled a drink on him. The attack was so violent, Nicole fell to the ground.

Following the incident, Nicole filed a million dollar lawsuit against Francis; he then counter-sued her as well.

Tuesday morning, a judge in Los Angeles ruled that Francis must pay Nicole almost $30,000 in legal fees she has incurred.

Nicole's powerhouse attorney, Ronald Richards, tells RadarOnline.com exclusively, "Today Joe Francis will owe Jayde Nicole a minimum of at least $31,000 pending a final ruling in attorneys' fees for filing a cross complaint that infringed upon her free speech rights. He never appealed the dismissal by the court, and that judgment is final. He won't be able to spin that any other way."

No charges were ever filed against Francis for the incident in which Nicole suffered a black eye, swollen face, among other injuries she claimed in her lawsuit against Francis.

Nicole's civil lawsuit against Francis is scheduled to go to trial this December.

Well we didn’t see this one coming: Today everyone’s talking about newly single stars Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner as a new couple — and now OK!’s got the inside details of their fresh romance! The twosome were spotted as far back as Feb. 4 at Koi and last week at Voyeur in L.A. Sounds like the real deal… at least for now! Brody split with girlfriend Jayde Nicole in December, while Avril filed for divorce from husband Deryck Whibley in October 2009.

Joe Francis: Suing Jayde Nicole & Brody Jenner

Just when we thought he couldn’t get any stranger, Joe Francis has filed a lawsuit against Brody Jenner and his girlfriend Jayde Nicole, claiming Jenner assaulted him and Jayde threatened to kill him.

The allegations stem from a fight that took place in August at Guys and Dolls nightclub during which Francis says he feared for his life.

Joe asserts that he was “startled and shocked” when he innocently walked through the crowd at the bar and was suddenly struck on the head by Jayde, who subsequently threw a drink on him and yelled, “I’m going to kill you.”

After Francis grabbed Miss Nicole’s hair “in self defense,” Jenner proceeded to attack him “in a jealous rage.” Joe is suing them both for battery, assault, slander, libel, and negligence.

Video Surveillance Backs Up Joe Francis

The epic nightclub melee from last week that pit Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole against Girls Gone Wild sleaze ball Joe Francis was caught on surveillance video.

Jayde claims she threw a drink in Francis' face, only to have him kick and punch her. Joe says after the drink incident, he grabbed her hair but that was it.

According to sources, Francis may be in the right. The video at Guys and Dolls in West Hollywood shows Jayde Nicole throwing a drink in Francis' face, and then Joe grabbing her hair as he turned around.

Jayde falls to the ground but Francis never appears to lay another hand on her, although she was trampled in the ensuing melee that broke out.

The fight is said to have started because Joe was hitting on his ex, Abbey Wilson, too aggressively for her friend Jayde's taste. Jayde stepped in.

Accounts of what happened after that differ, but all parties were ejected from the club, Brody Jenner punched Francis in the face and was tasered. The case remains under investigation.

Joe Francis' Ex Tells All About Thursday's Fight

Abbey Wilson, the model at the center of the alleged nightclub fight between Joe Francis and Jayde Nicole, gave Radar Online her account of what happened.

“Brody, Jayde and myself, had a separate table inside the club and Joe was sat at his own private one away from us too," she said of the beginning of the evening. “At first he approached our table and there was a history of ‘bad blood’ between him and Brody so we asked security to tell him to leave us alone."

“Later in the evening I was standing at the bar alongside Jayde and Brody when Joe Francis approached me and pushed his body toward me and forcefully made me kiss him on the face."

“As I tried to get away from him Jayde intervened and (Francis) grabbed her hair and she fell backwards. I’m not sure if a drink was poured over him though. The next thing a whole bunch of people surrounded us and I couldn’t see any actual physical attacks."

“In the time I was with Joe he was never violent towards me but I had never seen him act in this way before... he did not act in a calm or rational fashion,“ she continued. "Joe texted me yesterday saying that I was banned from various clubs and restaurants in town but I at this point just want him to leave me alone."

After the incident Wilson answered a few questions for police.

Joe Francis: I Would Never Hit A Woman

"This was an unprovoked attack. The security-camera footage pretty much confirms my account of the events entirely. I was talking with a friend of mine. I got punched in the back and then all of a sudden, (Nicole) poured a drink, and then a glass hits me in the head... I wanted to turn her head around. I grabbed her hair, and the next thing I know, my shirt's being ripped. I'm punched in the face. I go into the submissive ball until the whole thing gets settled down." Francis says.

According to Francis, both men were escorted from the club when he suddenly found himself knocked out: "(Suddenly) I was on the ground, so I don't remember the punch, but (Brody) punched me. By the time I came to, I was being helped up and (club security) were chasing Brody around the parking lot. And they Tased him to bring him down to the ground... and then three guys jump on him, and then I sped away. It's all captured on video."

The 36 year old is so furious over the recent attack, he's considering taking legal action: "I have some injuries. I'm considering all options right now. My jaw is swollen. I have cuts and bruises all over my body. I'm pretty angry." He also insisted it isn't the first time he has clashed with Jenner: "This is the second time this guy has attacked me. He attacked me once before in a nightclub. It was in March of this year."

"This kid runs around Hollywood. His whole thing is to try and be famous. I would never hit a girl in my life, and the footage proves that."

Confirmed: Joe Francis Hit Jayde Nicole

Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis as been banned from celebrity hotspot Guys And Dolls after he beat up Brody Jenner’s Playboy Playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole.

“I witnessed the whole incident and I can confirm that it did take place," Guys And Dolls Manager Chris Kasteler told RadarOnline.com. “Joe Francis will probably not be allowed in here again but I can’t comment on anybody else involved.”

Eyewitnesses at the club claim that Francis went berserk and punched the model in the face, kicking her after she threw a drink on him because he was pestering one of her friends. Watch the video of Jayde, post-attack.

Jenner then tried to intervene but the club’s security ejected both men from the club and the altercation carried-on outside.

On Friday, Francis did not show-up at the Santa Monica office of his company Mantra Films. The incident occurred in the early morning hours.

An assistant at the office told RadarOnline.com: “We don’t know if Joe will be in today but we have been inundated with calls and have been told not to comment to the media.”

According to a reliable source, Jayde Nicole's drama-inducing tendencies may have caused last night's incident involving her man, Brody Jenner, and Joe Francis!

While Joe was talking to one of her friends, Jayde became enraged, threw a drink and glass at him while trying to stir Brody up for a fight.

The situation escalated to the point that she "fell," although she claims that he pushed her.

Friends close to both parties believe that Jayde has a vendetta against Joe and wouldn't put anything past her! They even believe she's behind Brody's denouncing tweets!

Joe Francis Roughs Up Jayde Nicole, Brody Jenner Tasered in Nightclub Melee

Brody Jenner and his girlfriend, Playboy Playmate of the Year 2008 Jayde Nicole, apparently got into an epic fight outside of Guys and Dolls this morning. Not with each other. It was both of them against the slimy Joe Francis.

Here's how it went down, according to Brody: he and Jayde were at the club celebrating his birthday when Jayde saw Joe hitting on an ex, "unrelentingly." An ex-girlfriend of Francis', that is, but one Jayde Nicole and Brody know, and felt Joe was harassing. Jayde then stepped in and threw a drink on Francis. Francis responded by pulling Jayde's hair, smacking her in the face and shoving her to the ground, where he proceeded to kick her. What an a$$hole!

Security broke it up and Francis was dragged off, but Brody was irate. He started yelling at Francis and trying to get at him until both men were ejected. We can only cross our fingers that The Hills was being filmed at the time.

Outside the club, Brody tried to get back in to check on Jayde but security wouldn't let him. Jenner then saw and got a clear shot at Joe Francis, punching him in the face. Someone then tasered Brody and he collapsed to the ground. Francis left the scene, where the cops came, but no one was arrested.

Jayde Nicole, who has a black and blue cheek, a swollen face, a bruised left rib and a sore lower abdomen, says she will press charges against Francis.

Brody Jenner took to (what else) Twitter to speak out this morning: "Joe Francis beat up my lady for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her. what does that say about him. you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl??"

"Joe Francis is a piece of sh!t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"
