Shankar's 3 Idiots remake is making headlines for the past one week.But here is the bad news for all Vijay fans.Gemini Film Circuit confirms that Ilayathalapathy Vijay has opted out of the film. They also clarified that a top star will replace Vijay in the Tamil version.
Srikanth and Jiiva will play the roles played by Madhavan and Sharman Joshi in the original, while Sathyaraj will play the role of the principal. Ileana will enact Kareena’s role in both versions.
